NOTHING STAYS STILL.

In Flux explores the moment when an inner state becomes physical - before thought turns into explanation, before feeling settles into a defined form. Pigment, texture and movement accumulate instinctively across the canvas, creating something that feels almost bodily: fluid, layered and alive.

The work resists becoming one thing. A body, a creature, a landscape, a trace - the image changes depending on who is looking. It exists somewhere between appearing and disappearing, becoming and dissolving.

Painted in 2023, In Flux was the final work created in my former studio - unknowingly becoming a physical record of transition itself.
